Our purpose statement at Advantage Pilates is “invigorating mind and body by restoring balance”.  All the instructors at our Mooloolaba studio are passionate and fully committed to our mission.  They are all fully accredited and experienced Pilates instructors.  Our team also hold accreditations in other fitness areas and have fitness teaching backgrounds.  This experience allows us to instruct with maximum effect and with an understanding of other fitness training issues.

Whether in a one on one training session or a small group class the priority is to get some balance back into your life.

It’s never too late to improve your mobility and fitness

We have regulars to our studio who are elite athletes, mums with young children and some who are over 80 years of age.  All our clients are improving their breathing, core strength, stability and stamina regardless of their age and current level of fitness.  People, just like you, come to our Pilates personal training, group classes or use our rehabilitation training to improve their life.  They do this at their level under the guidance of our friendly trainers.
