Whether it’s a personal training session or a group class your enjoyment and results all come down to the instruction you receive.  Our team of trainers have the qualifications and experience to instruct Pilates at all levels.  They also have the ability to impart that information to participants in a positive and fun way.  All trainers at Mooloolaba studio are friendly and really care about your health and fitness goals.

Our trainers also hold multiple training qualifications across a number of fitness methods including, Musculoskeletal rehabilitation, aqua aerobics, kick boxing, gym / weight training and remedial massage.  This broad knowledge enables them to understand alternative fitness activities and how Pilates can be integrated into these methods.

Our Mooloolaba studio has everything you need!

Our well-equipped studio has all the equipment, machines and facilities for a great training session or small group class.  From simple training tools such as mats and bands to the latest Reformer Pilates machines, we have it all.  All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel and socks and we can provide the rest.  We have plenty of handy parking at the rear of the studio and great coffee shops nearby if you want to catch up with a friend after the class.

How we work with you

We have an easy step by step process we follow to ensure your safe introduction to Pilates training.  The steps are outlined below:

  • Complete an assessment form to work out your current situation and goals
  • Book into one of our introduction to Pilates classes either online or by calling our studio
  • On your first visit the instructor will conduct simple tests to check your fitness level and any rehab issues.
  • You will be taught how to breathe for maximum performance
  • Our equipment will be demonstrated and your training options discussed
  • We recommend you complete three mat work classes before attending any other Pilates sessions to ensure you have solid technique to prevent injury

After completing our introductory sessions, you will be ready to start achieving your goals.  You will be breathing better, have a grounding in Pilates techniques and will be ready to move forward to better mobility and fitness.
