People from all over the Sunshine Coast come to our group classes. We only have 6 participants per class which enables our instructors to spend more time one on one with you. Small class sizes mean more personalised instruction and better value. On our timetable you will see a range of class types and times. There is something to suit everyone and at a time that fits in with your schedule too.
Every class has three different levels you can train at, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Regardless of the class or time there is a workout to suit you.
